A Note on the Craft

Hand block printing is a handcrafted process, and minor variations in colour, print alignment and motif placement are natural characteristics of the craft.

Tiny pinholes may be visible along all four sides of the dupatta. These are created when the fabric is pinned and stretched during the hand block printing process and are a normal part of the craft, not a defect.

Handcrafted textiles may also carry slight irregularities in the weave and print. Colours may release some excess dye, particularly during initial washes. These variations are part of the individual character of a handmade textile.
